Email support@noventraconsulting.com. Because the app keeps nothing on a server, we cannot look up your figures; describe what you entered and what you expected, or send a screenshot with anything personal covered.

A number looks wrong

Tell us which screen and which line. Every figure is built from a named document; if the document says otherwise we will fix it, and if the document is silent we will say so on the screen and add it to the questions we put to the Pension Fund.

My figures disappeared

They live only in your phone's storage for the app. Clearing website or app data, or deleting the app, removes them. There is nothing on our side to restore.

Where to find your numbers

Appointment date, service to date and contribution rate: your annual pension statement. Rank and step: the recurring regular gross on your pay statement matches the biweekly figure on the salary sheet. Banks: the Leave Balances box at the bottom of every pay statement. Wages by year: ESS → Pay and Tax Information → Tax Summary, the Medicare Wages column, less the uniform allowance.
